Connie Price & The Keystones ft. Bootie Brown (The Pharcyde) - All Night (Purple Colored 7" Vinyl)
An ode to New Orleans from West Coast heavy hitters - Connie Price & The Keystones (Now-Again, Ubiquity) and Bootie Brown of The Pharcyde!
Equally inspired by The Meters and Brown’s own group The Pharcyde, “All Night” is the perfect blend of heavy Funk and classic Hip-Hop. The flip side gets a DJ friendly edit from Professor Shorthair, who extends the intro and outro with hard-hitting drum breaks, soulful hand claps and sprinkled in piano licks.
Featured on the track are an all-star cast of Dan Ubick on guitar (Breakestra, The Lions), Mario Calire on drums (Ozomatli), Neal Francis on piano (Colemine Records), Kincaid Smith on trumpet (Hepcat), Julius Augustus on bass (The Sandollars), Richard Donovan on organ (The Keystones), Professor Shorthair on turntables (Superjock Records) and Romye Robinson aka Bootie Brown on vocals (The Pharcyde).
Produced, recorded and mixed by Dan Ubick for DanUbe Productions at Lions Den Studios, Topanga, CA.
Comes on purple colored vinyl and in a picture sleeve designed by Roan Smith.

Shark Attack!! "Big Chief" b/w "Bamboula" (7" Vinyl)
Shark Attack!! - New Orleans' finest Surf Rock band, brings you two scorchers on this new 7” from Superjock Records.
Side A is an homage to the hoodoo forefather of Funk, Professor Longhair, with their take on the Mardi Gras classic "Big Chief.” The song starts out with the familiar groove of the original, but then morphs into a twangy, soulful tune that’ll have you reaching for your longboard. If you listen closely, you’ll spot a brief nod to the original king of Rock ’N’ Roll himself, Fats Domino.
The B-Side takes us back (waaay back!) to mid-19th century New Orleans, with a take on Louis Moreau Gottschalk’s quintessential piece "Bamboula." Shark Attack!! brings the song to the 21st century with a high-energy whirlpool of interwoven guitar lines and crashing cymbals that crest with frightening bravado!
This limited edition 45 comes on Aqua Blue vinyl and features label art designed by Roan Smith.
MC T. Tucker & DJ Irv "Where Dey At (Radio Mix)" b/w "Where Dey At (Street Mix)" (7" Vinyl)

Move over Drake and Beyonce - if you really want to know where New Orleans Bounce came from, look no further than “Where Dey At” by MC T. Tucker & DJ Irv. The “Fathers of Bounce” changed the course of New Orleans music by dropping a cassette on Charlot Records in 1991.
Now for the first time on vinyl, these two versions get rebirthed in all their raw glory. This limited edition release comes on colored vinyl and features amazing art by Roan Smith.
